The goal of
Saklou’s after Sales Service is to provide the premier after-sale
support for our dealers and customers all over the kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. Our electronics and home appliances division has 6 branches
and 9 showrooms in all major Saudi cities. Each branch has its own
warehouse, experienced sales team and well qualified technical team
for after sales service. We have about 350 strong dealers network in
Saudi Arabia for audio visual and home appliances products.

of the highest standard. With this in mind, various methods have
been devised in order to ensure they receive the best customer
service available. Our Dealers will be contacted in order to
ascertain their satisfaction with their Dealership. From Saklou
Company’s perspective, a structured process is in place to contact
the dealer in order to obtain his opinion on the service experience.
The results of this process are correlated in order to formulate a
Customer Satisfaction Index score.

this index, we are able to ascertain if we meet your standards and
in what areas we can improve our performance in order to meet your
expectations. We also have a comprehensive Home Service assistance
